  Purchased crutches - were not required and never used - went for refund They said no refund as ordered more in (why does this matter) - tags still on them - total bullshit excuse - said store credit only - no signage advising no refunds never go there again - total disgrace

  first time visit here when it’s on Tuesday but never come back again even though this is the nearest. Worst experience ever in a pharmacy. Very poor customer service by the lady with gold hair. She gave me a sidelong glance for seconds when I was talking to pharmacist and I have no idea why I received her attitude like this after some normal greeting in a pharmacy which normally happened. Her eyesight skipped me and talked to the one behind me when I was waiting right in front of her. What’s wrong with her and I cannot believe she can take this attitude to her work without worrying loss customers.

  Have been coming here for 10 odd years. Never had a problem, the staff here has always been very kind and hepful. Until my last visit. He was extremely rude, as was his co-worker, not willing to help, he spent more time justifying why he wouldn't help me than actually trying to help me which would have taken 2 seconds. Really disappointing as i have always trusted this pharmacy and unfortunately will not be returning as I do not want to subject myself to that again. Sad times. I wish Mr. Chew had not retired. He left behind not the greatest staff who put blame on others and do not take responsibility, rather just blame others. :(

  Don’t waste your time this chemist is not interested in being part of a supportive community, even though many of us have been going to this chemist for over 30 years. When we were all in hardship during lockdown he wouldn’t sign documents “due to covid” he claimed. Now you go there and he has another excuse why he doesn’t want to witness documents. He’s either, Lazy or self centred, can’t work out which one. Maybe both
