  ​Subject: Overcharge Issue - Mislabeled Price on Economy Scotch Fillet Half ​Dear Store Manager / Customer Service, ​I am writing to bring to your attention an overcharge issue regarding a purchase made at your store on 29. 07.26 ​I selected a package of "Economy Scotch Fillet Half" (Weight: 1.178 kg), which was clearly advertised on the shelf display for $19.00 / kg. However, after checking my pack and receipt, I noticed that the price tag attached to the meat was printed at $29.99 / kg, resulting in a total charge of $35.33 instead of the correct price of $22.38 ($19.00 × 1.178 kg). ​Because of this labeling error, I was overcharged by $12.95. ​I spoke briefly with a staff member on site who acknowledged the product type ("Economy"), but the price tag issue was not resolved before payment. ​As a regular customer, I expect shelf prices and price tags to match accurately. I would appreciate it if you could kindly refund the overcharged amount of $12.95. ​I have attached a photo of the product tag and my receipt for your verification. ​Thank you for your time and assistance.   I came here to pick up some meat for a BBQ and was blown away by the variety. There was so much to choose from that it was almost difficult to decide! Everything was really well priced, especially considering the quality. Once we got home and cooked everything, the quality of the meat was exceptional — fresh, tender and full of flavour. We were really impressed and will definitely be coming back for our next BBQ!

  Some good prices there and the meat quality is excellent. Some prices definitely beat the supermarkets for a better pieces of meat. A good range to choose from with some general groceries also available. The young lady at the checkout didn't really seem to want to be there and no hello or smile in sight. This is the only negative to a otherwise good location.

  My go to store to buy my mince when making lasagna, quality and quantity l find here. My son gets his chicken wings here which come in different flavours. Easy parking, very helpful.

  First time coming here for myself today.. been meaning to come here before Christmas but with the lack of parking i couldn't find a car park.. but today I made it a mission to come early, even though i live in Healesville. some much to choose from. Good prices. Not my mother wants to come down.🤣
