Look... I've tried, but it's really hard to go back to the local and more convenient butchers after sampling produce from Pierre's, which I stumbled upon by accident. All other 5 star reviews are 100% true. The Pierre's team, even suggested buying a whole cut of meat to save money, which they are happy to cut to your thickness and/or vac seal. This is so awsome in a cost of living crisis and demonstrates the highest levels of customer care. Quality of produce is up there, and it's easy to produce higher end restaurant meals at home if you're handy around the kitchen. Cuts sampled so far include, porterhouse, scotch fillet, mediterranian boneless lamb cutlets, brisket burgers and thin BBQ sausages. Even the humble snag is a cut above the rest. PS. Hot tip, the Heathcote clean skin shiraz sold for under $20 a bottle drinks like a mid $30 wine. Worth picking up if you enjoy a shiraz with your meat dish.

Recently moved to the area, found Pierre’s. First up purchased scotch fillet. They talked me into buying the whole piece which is cheaper. It was cut to my liking and was even vac packed for me. Also tried the sausages which were delicious. Was back after a week which I bought lamb chops, which were very tender and a roast lamb which was amazing. This butcher is amazing!!

I live close to Aussie Butchers in Boronia , but was on my way back from Box Hill and stopped in for a gander. Loved they had the bbq going outside, and restrained myself just in purchasing a Porterhouse only. You have a new customer, I have lived in Aussie for 20 years and this is by far the best quality meat I've had, I will be driving out always for this stuff. Keen as to try more of what's on offer too. Keep up the great standards!

Pierre what can I say the 1-5 kg of lamb and 1-5 chicken souvlaki mix was. Sensational tonight on my big green egg I travel from Lilydale to get meat from you and it’s the best meat going around. It never disappoints and your sausages are another level. Sensational 10/10 from me great quality and service I hope you and your team win more awards you deserve it.

First time attempting a porchetta and Pierre made it so simple! He kindly offered to roll the pork belly with their homemade family secret spice. Truly amazing service with the freshest meat. Thank you and it was a hit amongst my friends.
