  Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of this shop. I purchased a tuna meal deal which comes with chips, salad and drink and I asked instead of coming with the chips could just have extra salad, the gentlemen said that will be an extra $3. It baffles me the fact I removed the serve of chips and opted for extra salad! Why am I being charged when iv excluded the chips and ask for salad instead specially when it was only a normal Greek salad and beetroot salad. Shows me how dishonest they are! And the tuna is so over cooked it’s dry and rubbery. Adding on from reply from owner! Again being dishonest! No I was not informed at all he simply said that will be an extra $3! That’s all it was there was no explanation at all so again more dishonesty. PS the entire thing got thrown out because it was to dry and rubbery to eat so wasted the 18$. Definitely won’t be returning and will be advising family and friends to stay away also as they used to shop here weekly for their fish. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

  I pretty much get the same thing every time and it always hits the same! The seafood salad is amazing and a great side to have with my fried food. To the lovely young lady who has served me the last 2 times I have been there, it’s so nice to experience such great service. You are a credit to this awesome place. Thank you :)

  I had been paying much premium for the “wild Alaska Salmon” from Costis Fresh Seafood for over 5 years, until I visited Alaska Neets Bay Salmon Hatchery and I realised I had been fooled by Cisco’s Fresh Seafood. Alaska has never exported any fresh salmon to Australia at all. I showed the photo “Alaska Wild Salmon” I bought from Costis and the staff there and she confirmed it was not Alaska salmon at all. The colour, the white fat lines and the muscle structure are all quite different.

  I bought roughly 800g raw prawns today and it is their more premium option displayed. The staff had a weird look at me and grabs some prawns from the bottom. When I got back home and unwrapped them, I realised the prawns are not fresh and lots of them have bugs inside. We had to throw away about 1/3 of them. Now I realised what the look means.

  There might be some bad reviews on here but I can only speak from my own experience. I've only ever had positive experiences- friendly customer service and fresh seafood. For fresh seafood, we always shop at Costis Fresh Seafood. We have never had a problem, it's always been fresh! I love how they have a shop next door where you can buy seafood and hot chips for lunch.
