  I had a very disappointing experience with this business due to both the product quality and the staff’s behaviour. Shortly after completing my purchase, I noticed that the bag contained a significant amount of iced blood from chicken, which had contaminated my purchase. I returned to the counter within minutes and requested a return and refund. Unfortunately, the staff member responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. He refused to process a refund and stated that if I was not satisfied, I could simply “throw it in the bin” and make a complaint to NSW Fair Trading. When I explained that businesses should take responsibility for the quality of their products and the way customers are treated, the staff member repeated that I could dispose of the item myself if I was unhappy. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. As a result, I will not be returning to this store and cannot recommend it to others. Unfortunately, the rating system does not allow a score lower than one star.

  Terrible service got ripped off when we bought chicken feet. He thought we wouldn’t notice and I do not appreciate that. One of the worst meat shops we have been to

  Horrible service and Extremely dishonest. Extremely rude female worker who thought I would not notice her charging me extra, I called her out and made her re- weigh and charge correctly. Instead of an apology all I got was her saying something in her cultures dialect that did not sound pleasant. Mind you she approached me speaking English perfectly well.Extremely rude and i did not appreciate the dishonesty!! On top of that she didn't even tie the plastic on top of bag then handles cash with the same gloves as the meat!!. Never again will they get my business.

  I like to support local businesses but not when they rip you off. Dont buy your meat from this business unless you want to be overcharged. They dont want you to use your credit card, they demand cash, then proceed to overcharge you! If I could give minus stars I would.

  My wife ordered lunch for us both, was bagged and ready to go but shop wouldn't accept EFTPOS because the order came to $21. Apparently you have a minimum of $30!!! Wow, really? Didn't even give the option of a surcharge. If you're not about providing customer service. Don't open a shop that serves customers.
