  Always friendly service from all who work here! Great meat selection at super reasonable prices too. Need to shout out the beef and guiness pie. I think its $8, enough to feed 2. An awesome, cheap and delicious "I cant be bothered" dinner. Working my way through the store. Steaks are top notch from the economical up to wagyu, all the in house made ready to go selection is insanely good, pies, sausage rolls, sausages (always a variety), keivs to name a few. Thanks team!

  Prime Valley Cuts has been my go to for top quality prime meat since I moved back into the area. Now they are selling some amazing local Beecroft honey too.

  We recently moved to the area and this butcher came highly recommended. We bought the premium mince (2kg for $36) but when we got home, discovered there’s nothing premium about it at all.. It’s a lovely red colour… but it’s been minced a few times to hide the fat content, which is crazy in this mince. We tried cooking up a bolognese and ended up scooping out ladles of oil from the pot, I’ve never seen anything like it. If this is their premium mince, I would hate to see what their regular mince is like! Heart-smart meat from the supermarkets is only slightly more in price and I’ve never ever had an issue with the fats and oils like this. Never knew it could be this bad! After chatting with friends, I found out that they had bought some sausages there recently and had the same disappointment - they mentioned there was new owners, so it’s sad to see a place with a great reputation, go to poop.

  Butcher thought I wouldn't realise a 7.5% over charge, when questioned he advised that he lied to me about the weight I received after mumbling his words, Not the first time $$$ has been overcharged by this shop. Will not be going back.

  I have been buying my meat from Prime Valley Cuts since Christmas and I have to say, this shop has consistently provided me with excellent quality meat and service. The team lead by Matt and Jack go above and beyond to provide friendly service and they never have an issue with any requests, such as cutting or dicing. Keep up the good work guys, we're lucky to have you at Thornleigh.
