An outstanding butcher with absolutely delicious, fresh meat that always impresses. The steaks (ribeye and sirloin) are the best I’ve had and the chicken is amazing too. The service is always super friendly. The prices are great value too.

Amazing butcher, the staff and friendly and work with you when trying to find the right meat for the right cook! Excellent service, pricing is great for the quality of meat they have! The shop is nice and cosy and great to see the customer base adhere to the covid policy's they have enacted

Great local butchery with top quality meats at very fair prices. Staff are always super friendly and more than happy to assist me with any selection of meat i request for the occasional weekend BBQ. 10/10

My mother in law has been raving on about this place for at least 30 years now. I bought the most premium cut of meat. The legendary Australian crumbed lamb cutlets for an astounding $4.50 each. This is an outrageous price for such a high quality piece of Australian culture/cut, Australian Lamb is far superior to Kolbe. Now that I had established eye contact, the lamb rack/rib was selected from the cold store or aging room and cut on the spot (10) and meticulous tenderised with Solingen steel. The cutlets were then dipped in an egg wash and crumbed in front of me. Extra points for handing out twiggy sticks to my son. In conclusion I am going quote verbatim my mother in law "I am sorry I didn't spend more money". Thank you Hazelbrook Butchery.
