I'd fallen into the terrible practice of buying meat from the " super " markets but not any more !! . Its like I've rediscovered what meat should taste like. The service here is relaxed and friendly but more to my point the product is great. I've had mince that actually browns and cooks beautifully... scotch fillet steaks that are so tender and flavoursome and OMG ... the bacon 🥓 😋 smokey and cooks up crispy and just delicious. So ... if your content buying meat weeks old , dripping in preservatives, tasteless, cryovaced and way to expensive like I was then stay with the " super " markets , but if your ready to try super fresh and I really mean FRESH meat in every sense of the word that tastes the way its intended .... then give these guys a go and support them . Went here, yesterday after 2pm, Friendly and helpful staff. Great high quality meat products.👌 i highly recommend this place!

Absolute charm in the heart of Leura. You can make no mistake there choosing anything from those guys. Amazing variety, only quality meat. Friendly staff. Do you need something else? Walk in and find it

On a cold winter's day, I had Bangers and Mash in a Leura cafe. The sausages were so delicious, I asked the cafe where did they get them from? They replied a few doors down the street at the local butcher. So I walked down a few steps and entered the Leura Butchery, I found out that this is a family run business, and as locals they know the best places to source their meat. There was a great selection of meats on offer. The butchery was clean, neat and well presented. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices were decent. The sausages used in the Bangers and Mash were their Tuscan ones. The only negative thing was, I wish that I had bought more of their sausages to take home.
