I'm still a big fan of Moore & Sons Butchery in Springwood. The meat is always fresh and of the highest quality, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that they have a wide range of cuts to choose from, including their bacon and ham smoked in house. Whether you're looking for a quick and easy meal or something special to cook while camping, Moore & Sons has got you covered. I highly recommend Moore & Sons Butchery to anyone looking for the best meat in the Blue Mountains.👍

Pies are unbelievable!!!! Best pies we've ever had in years. English pork sausage are so juicy and delicious, best pork sausage we've had in our lives, not kidding! It is so good to see that our local Springwood has some high quality boutique butchery! Well done! Thank you!

Really nice roasts and meat. Didn’t really enjoy the sausages I’ve bought from there and I’ve bought three different varieties. I’ve been there twice so far and both times I was greeted by a stern looking staff member, no smile or warm greeting, which is a shame. I’ll still go there when I need something special every now and then. A welcoming demeanor goes a long way for me.

Bought two t-bone'steaks for dinner on Saturday. The steaks were not cheap, but worth every cent. Best steaks for a long time, maybe ever. Extra bonus was the friendly service. If you are not lucky enough to live local, worth the drive to Springwood

Top quality meat and lovely pre prepared treats like filet mignon. The best free range bacon cuts I've eaten.
