I recently purchased pork from this shop and noticed a significant discrepancy in weight. The receipt shows a total of 4.04kg, but after weighing everything at home using tare (each item weighed separately), the actual total weight is only 3.19kg — about 850g less. This is a very large difference and far beyond any reasonable margin of error. The shop was not busy at the time, so this is unlikely to be a simple mistake. I hope the shop can look into this and ensure accurate weighing for customers.

Super happy with Wing Hong Butcher and their wholesale team—especially Maggie. The quality of the meat is exceptional. Maggie truly went above and beyond to organise everything, 2 pork legs for Prosciutto was cut professionally exactly how I wanted. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for food lovers. If you’re after quality and great service, this is it. Will definitely be back!

The front counter service here is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and attentive, especially Joanne. She’s always patient and goes the extra mile to recommend delicious ways of cooking different cuts of meat. Shopping here is not only convenient but also a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

you can't even return what you just bought 5 minutes ago. i have the receipt and complete packaging but didn't accept it. they price wagyu beef 2x as the asian grocery down the same road. lol their price vs the asian grocery. what a rip off
