  I come very often, in fact once a week to order a kilo of meat. This place has a great quality meats, which is helpful for my diet and meal prep. I HIGHLY recommend for that reason only….I’m giving them 2 stars because of the lack of consistency with their pricing, but not just that…today the Asian woman that works their, with glasses, was EXTREMELY rude, and lacks proper customer service. If only you could hear the tone in her voice when speaking to me. This is unfortunate, especially because I come to this establishment very often and NEVER give them a hard time. I had simply tried to scan my loyalty rewards card, but was having trouble doing so and she got irritated because she wanted to tend to two other customers that came after me and pointed out “Don’t you see the rest of these people in here? I’m busy bro…“ 😳 which is a shame because I was there first. I actually don’t even think I was able to scan my rewards properly, that’s a shame. It’s interesting; when ever she is the one who takes care of me, the price is always much more expensive( I’ve attached footage for proof). But with the gentlemen that work their, it’s been consistently the same and less….idk what that’s about . I’ll find another place.

  Beautiful rolls made fresh to order. Only thing can you please wear gloves? Sorry but handling money or coming from out the back then grabbing a roll with your bare hands and making my sandwich in front of me is a bit off putting. Other than that good quality meat and rolls.

  Bought a beef sausage roll and a pepper beef pie 2 days ago. Was walking past and they looked good in the window. Drove home and was very disappointed. The sausage roll had an unfamiliar taste, wife is sure it wasn’t beef. The pie, well not beef, but very dry chicken 😂😂😂. Could not be bothered for $16 not worth complaining, however been 2 days now and still have the runs. Will not be going back.

  The most delicious sandwiches! Bread is top quality, meat even better, prepared to perfection, full of flavor and service is superb, thank you guys, keep doing what you do!

  A very unique butcher, not only do they have some of the best meat in perth, Tom’s also a top chef! There’s a different roast cooked 7 days a week! Possibly the best beef meat pie I’ve had ANYWHERE, and I’m always greeted with a smiling and energetic smile! Highly recommended!
