Stopped by over the weekend and had the hands-down best porchetta roll I’ve ever eaten - tender, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. I also picked up a lamb & rosemary pie to take home, and it was ridiculously delicious. Top-tier quality, amazing craft, and incredible friendly service.

A beautiful family owned and run butcher, that gives you the best service and produce available! I did a cook up for 11 people, which all raved about the quality of the steaks at a great price. Highly recommend.

Easily the best butcher in the western suburbs. Best place to buy premium steaks and all the staff are really welcoming. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had a great honest feed at Weirs Butchers — their porterhouse was spot on, full of flavour. The garlic and rosemary sausages were unreal too, proper quality and packed with taste. You can tell they take pride in their meat. Definitely the BEST butcher in Perth, a lovely family with a modern eye for meat. Highly recommend

Highest recommendation. As a wholesale restaurant customer as well as a personal customer, I love everything Weirs is doing! Their product is next level, but the trait that sets them apart is the hospitality shown by the team and the Bradley family. Everybody who walks into the shop instantly feels welcomed with big smiles and a great conservation. Old school hospitality at its finest!
