Grant and the team are a bunch of legends! I’ve never really known what it meant to have such a quality gourmet butcher nearby and unbelievably competitive prices. Not to mention the special Christmas menu they do. They stock steak for all needs like reverse searing thick rib eye, hot fast Wagyu and some great south west beef in the form of scotch fillets etc. They occasionally get some very special stuff in like Lake Janis beef which if you haven’t tried - is one of the most unique available in Western Australia. Have a look at this rib eye I did! And Grant even puts up with my special requests for when I want to do lamb curries on the bone!

Everything we have ever purchased has turned out amazing and we are there buying somethingg different most Saturdays. Hands down the best BBQ sausages you'll buy, without question. The rib eye and beef rib turned out top shelf aswell! Great job team, setting the bar high!

My partner came across this butcher in Midland. He was looking for a steak to take away with us for my birthday dinner down south. So my birthday dinner turned out amazing. My partner cooked this beautiful thick and delicious ribeye on the bbq! Thank you Tony!
