Wowee! Is this the best butcher in Melbourne? The price when aligned with the meat quality is great. I also found the knowledge the butcher had in terms of the best methods for marinading the meat was spot on.

Best boutique butcher in town! Both quality of the meat AND customer service are out of this world. Best thing is that you can order online and Mike will prepare everything to a tee for you! We pretty much only order BBQ meat and seafood and meat from Umitochi now.

Highly recommend Umitochi for good cuts of meat. We always get our meats from here - whether it is steak, Wagyu, Korean BBQ, kimchi jigae, every cut is to perfection.

I’ve brought wagyu from several large delivery businesses- only umitochi is the one I continue to purchase from. The quality of products, service and great prices show the level of care Steven has for his business. Umitochi is not pretentious and doesn’t bother hyping the amazing products they have- Steven just wants to share amazing ingredients that he loves and believes in. Believe me- you will struggle going back to restaurants after purchasing from umitochi.
