  I understand everyone can have a different experience, but personally I’ve had a good experience with Point Cook Quality Meats. Sometimes the shop gets busy and you might have to wait a little, but that doesn’t mean the meat or service is bad. I’ve bought from them a few times and the meat has always been fresh and good quality. If someone had a bad experience, that’s fair, but I don’t think a couple of negative comments should represent the whole business.

  Absolute rip-off and a complete scam. I selected a goat leg from the shelf and asked the staff to cut it up for me. They chopped it, bagged it, and charged me for approximately 2 kilograms of meat. When I got home to prep and cook, I placed the meat directly on my kitchen scale. It weighed barely 900 grams. More than half of what I paid for was completely missing. I have been going to this mob for years, but this level of dishonesty is unacceptable. Shame on them. I will never step foot in this business again. Safe to say, check your weights before you leave.

  I wouldn’t even give them a star but to get this post seen I had to. They have been very shady and I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt but when it happens more than twice then it’s no coincidence😑 the displayed product isn’t what they always give you they’ll grab from another bin behind the counter also the chicken I’ve brought more than twice seems like they mix old and new pieces together and there curry meat pieces alway have a lot of bone chips and splints they are not quality meats in fact they are the opposite a very disappointing business.

  I’ve been buying meat from Point Cook Quality Meats for a long time & i’ve always had a great experience the quality is consistently excellent the service is friendly & the meat is always fresh and authentic.my absolute favorites are their Chicken Tikka and Achari Chickenthey’re full of flavor and always taste amazing. I noticed some unfair negative reviews but that hasn’t matched my experience at all the staff have always been helpful & the quality has never disappointed me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh high quality meat & great customer service.
