Absolutely terrible meat quality. I bought 1kg of mince and 0.5kg of boneless curry pieces. After coming home, I noticed both were already greying. The mince was like dough, and being too busy did not bother to take it back. Do not buy from these guys if you care about your health.

I wanted to buy some marinated soya champs and chicken. First of all customer service is worst and their policy of buying minimum 0.5 kg ohh god. That lady was arguing with me. I tried to buy half kg soya champs and i asked her to put 250g of malai soya and 250g of masala soya champ all together in one bag and the price for that is same 17.99$. But she refused and was arguing with me. And i was buying exactly 0.5 kg. One of the worst shop and customer service experience. Don’t recommend at all.

The variety of marinated meat options is great, but I don’t understand the minimum 500g requirement. Where is this policy mentioned in the store? Since the meat is priced per kilogram, why enforce a minimum 500g purchase? I’ve been a customer since the store opened, but since this policy was introduced, I haven’t been visiting as often. For two people, it’s just not worth buying that much. I’d rather marinate the meat myself at home. Also, charging 15 cents for a bag seems unnecessary. Why not provide paper bags to help save the environment?

  • Very very bad quality of chicken specially marinated ones just putting spice and youghart and charging double for rubbish quality never to go again.

Today I went there to buy some things, and I asked the man if he could marinate some plain chicken thigh fillets for me, because I know that the pre-marinated chicken in the display isn’t always fresh. He took a long time to marinate just one kilogram of chicken, and then he charged me an extra $3. I told him that other shops don’t charge extra for marinating chicken when you buy it plain, but he went inside, and another lady came out and told me, “No, no, we charge extra.” Overall, I would say there was zero customer service and the staff were unprofessional.
