Bought 2 kilos of goat curry pieces today at around 5pm and got 1 kilo of meat and 1 kilo of fatty ribs full of fats the top of the goat curry pieces display looked very good but they kept low quality stuff hidden underneath the top layer which I didn’t notice until I reached home this was the first time I bought from here and most probably the last.

Always fresh, always delicious. Especially the wide range of sausages.

Don’t bother buying the chicken schnitzels unless you like 90% breadcrumbs and a very thin strip of chicken underneath. Their sausages are nice but also very expensive. They also charge an undisclosed fee when you pay via card.

The meat has always been good but I find them a bit expensive. $20 for a kilo of pork mince when it is between $11 and $13 at other butchers is a bit excessive.

Really upset with Prettys - not for our meat as we always well usually get great meat however we purchased a pork roast tonight and unfortunately the meat was off. We phoned to advised Prettys and was told by Maddison that there would be no way our meat was off and thats the way pork smells. (This is the second time this has happened) We usually always have great pork from Prettys as it is our local butcher however this piece was very different and stunk our house out. She was very argumentative and really nasty when we had phoned. We returned the meat where she continued to argue. The meat did not disappoint us... however the service was really upsetting. We understand meat sometimes spoils however being spoken down to and told we dont know know what off meat is, is very disappointing. We wont be purchasing from here again.
