  Dench Brothers Butcher shop in Forest Hill has really good Meat and service. We always purchase their home made Hamburgers for our Village when we have a Hamburger night. We always order ahead and pick up a few days later due to the quantity we purchase, and have done this on numerous times and have never been let down. The order is always ready when we go to pick up and we always receive great service with a smile. Overall a great experience and good Meat.

  Excellent customer service.. Was 5 minutes to close and Bailey still took care of us without grumbling like the shop just opposite (Pluck a chicken) who refused to cut the meat. Bailey cut the meat in a jiffy and asked if we needed anything else.. Will definetly come back again coz of todays experience.. Cheers Bailey!!!! You nailed customer service!!👌👍🏻😊😊

  Been coming here for my meat for 30 plus years but have to say that the quality has gone down hill in the last year. The last straw was the steak that I got which was the same steak I always get that my partner thought I had got from a supermarket as it was so tough... not the cook as I have been cooking it perfect for 30 years with no problems. Before that it was a leg of lamb, again same as above. Meat costs enough without having dentist bills on top. If you are paying top dollar you want top quality.

  Wow talk about a massive rip off!! How is porterhouse here $54 per kilo, that is an absolute huge difference when not far down the road in Box hill I pay $27 per kilo. Your lamb chops are atleast $7 more and your premium mince is through the roof. Even organic grass fed meat from the markets are cheaper. Some of the meat isn't even that fresh, ive had chops go off the next day etc. For a centre that's full of elderly people this is wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced. Not to mention the beef section before 3pm is looking very empty.

  Purchased a kg of minced beef today for $19.26 and went home to prepare lunch. To my surprise the minced beef was off and had the worst stench smell I have ever come across. Really disappointed with you guys. Please check the quality of your produce..
