Excellent service. Ritesh was very polite, friendly and helpful. Variety of birds and rabbit available. I bought duck and was very nice. Will definitely go there regularly, specially due to the customer service.

POULTRY SHOP IN BOX HILL CENTRAL Good range of chicken items (fresh and frozen) plus a few duck options. Friendly service. Located in the meat area of Box Hill Central.

Went in to buy chicken, asked about the price difference for 3kg vs 2kg, but instead of a clear answer I got rude responses and confusing pricing ($60 quoted for 3kg??). Just wanted some clarity, but left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Won’t be shopping here again.

bought a whole duck and had it chopped there. After got home, found the shop staff stole the two duck legs when they chopped. Please be honest to your customers, stealing is a matter of crime and keeps your business dropping!

The staff here is straight-up rude. Instead of appreciating customers who buy more, they act annoyed if you ask to add something after your initial order. Very poor attitude and zero customer service skills. I’d never recommend this place.
