We have been travelling around Tassie and found this butcher while in Launceston. I highly reccomend his products. We purchased a pack of his twiggy sticks which are the best we have ever had, they are tasty and you can tell they are full of quality ingredients. We also bought bratwurst sausages and a kangaroo patty that were the same, full of flavour and quality ingredients. If you are passing through i highly recommended stopping in and if you live in Launceston and haven't been i suggest giving them a go. If we lived here it would become our go to butcher. The prices are great and you get quality. When we went on a Monday there was plenty of parking at the front door.

Best Butchery by far in Launceston. Very high quality at reasonable prices. Friendly service.

Much more range than the woolies and coles, and the guys are very helpful. i can't remember the prices, but i seem to recall they are on par at minimum with the supermarkets.
