Since opening We have come in on the regular Meat quality is faultless Staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable amd helpfull We highly reccomend From roasts , to steak to chicken , quality is outstanding Rob and Cheryl

Their pub style beef schnitzels are the absolute bomb!!! Best in SA according to my family. They are so good we travel from Flagstaff Hill to Mt. Barker to get them. All meat is very high quality. Thanks Stirling Variety Meats for doing what you do so well

Gave them several chances in the last month alone and I keep getting disappointed in the quality of cuts available. The steaks look like they have been cut by a first year apprentice, the quality seems lacking for the price and overall dissatisfied. Want better cuts, better off going to Lowes butchers as their steaks are magnitudes better! The attitude of the staff seems like you're an inconvenience, rather than a valued customer who is spending a fair bit of money.

Best Butcher I’ve ever been to in SA, super friendly team who are willing to assist you with any queries, great variety of meats, always consistent, good price! These guys are at the top for me! I’ve started to become more adventurous with my cooking since going to this butcher as their produce is such good quality, this dish used Stirling Butchers chicken thighs in local Beerenberg 30 minute curry sauce! I’ve recommended these guys countless times to family members and friends.
