Bought some of the chorizo and it didn't taste like chorizo! It just tastes like salami and the balance was not right but I am not an expert 馃え

The way you finely slice your cherizo salami is amazing the pancetta is the best I have tasted- well done Skara you make South Australia proud with your awesome gold star produce

Hi I am not happy over the Wood smoked dry cured bacon. When I opened one of the family packs it smelled very nice. As soon I put two slices in the fryingpan they started to shrink and about 30g of water weight came out.The taste turned out overly salty and not that great anymore I have attached a picture to see the result after frying. I am also not happy about the wastefully plastic and additional paper packaging.
