Best butchers in Townsville. Everything here is delicious, but the steak cut to your liking is phenomenal and served by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Do yourself a favour and try the beef enchiladas.

⚠️ Customer Warning – Poor Experience ⚠️ I recently purchased 5kg of lamb shoulder from Sunvale Meats and had a very disappointing experience. Out of the 5kg, approximately 2.5kg was just fat, which is completely unacceptable for what I paid. I specifically asked for the shoulder to be cubed, but instead received a mix of chopped pieces and sliced chops thrown together. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. When I called to place the order and questioned the price per kg, the owner was rude and dismissive, even suggesting I go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy. To be fair, the meat itself seemed fresh and smelled fine — but the excessive fat, incorrect preparation, and lack of professionalism overshadow that. If you’re planning to buy from here, I’d strongly suggest checking your order carefully before leaving and being clear about what you expect. Not a great experience, and definitely not what I paid for

Absolutely outstanding. Staff are amazing and believe me when I say it’s by far the best bacon in Townsville. 🤌🏼

Seriously the best butcher in Townsville. Cleanest store, freshest and tastiest meat and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
