Made an order online, didn’t get a confirmation email or message saying it’s being delivered. Had to call the store the next day to see where my order was as they didn’t bother contacting me. Then the lady said she had come to my house which was a lie because I was home all day with a sick baby then she said she rang 7 times which she didn’t. The number she rang was wrong although the number on the order sheet i filled out was right. I asked for a refund and they said they would text me to confirm it and haven’t received a text message at all. Would definitely not recommend this place. Bloody useless.

Bought a $78 whole Rump steak, they sliced it roughly. When we fried the steak on frying pan it looked ok BUT we tried eating the meat it was very tough to bite. DID NOT ENJOY THIS RUMP AT ALL, threw it in the bin.

If you're looking for a really fresh and delicious butcher in Townsville, it's probably here. The sausage, steak, and marinade here are the best flavours!!

Bought a family meat pack ($170) Asked if I could swap out chops because I don't eat them, was told no worries, still got chops instead of what I asked to swap out for. Was packed and taped up in a box so I couldn't check before leaving, was a fly trapped in box with the meat and hole in the bag of chicken. Chicken also a brown colour so will see freshness once defrosted

I love the standard of workmanship, and pride of work that goes into your products. You can taste the difference, and I see a noticeable difference in my loved ones expressions when I cook with let's meat meats. First class thank you 👌
