Walked in not knowing much about biltong and left feeling like I’d just had a proper cultural experience. The guy working there was a legend — walked me through all the options, helped me pick the right one, and even gave me some solid background on the history of biltong in South Africa which was genuinely interesting. Really chill atmosphere, no pressure, just good vibes. The product itself is quality and the pricing is reasonable too, 100g for $16 which is fair for something this fresh, well made and family owned. Underrated little spot in Beaudesert, worth stopping in even just to check it out.

Below is my very positive review. Unfortunately I need to update, as the quality of the product was very much lacking this time around. I hope it was just bad luck. I have added a new photo, chunky! ————— Absolutely fantastic Biltong, I bought the mild chilli in wet and fatty. My only complaint is that I cannot stop eating it till it is all gone. Not sure what the previous poster is talking about in regards to price, considering just how much the cost of beef has gone up in supermarkets, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to see quality biltong at this price.

Dave was outstanding letting my try most of his various flavours. Walked away with venison and garlic beef, great flavour! Highly recommended.

First tried this from the kiosk on mt Tamborine. Best stuff I’ve ever tasted! Hoping to source the shop in Beaudesert tomorrow. Only negative only offer PayPal online no Afterpay, zippay, But the wet and fatty biltong…OMG to die for. I’ve gone keto, 20kg down and always on the look out for tasty protein. This delivers in spades.
