They staff at Hietz quality meats along with their meat is the drawcard here. Extremely friendly and helpful. The meat is well priced and of good quality. In times like these we need to get behind local business and support them. It’s the best butcher in Beaudesert 💯 % hands down.

The jalapeno and cheese sausages were some of the best we've had. Even better when cooked on the fire.

Very delicious gluten free sausages. Very knowledgeable which was a relief. Excited to try some other things from here.

Craig likes both of my brands of pickled garlic so I put him to test. I then bought 2kilo of his recommended rib fillet. 20% cheaper than Gold Coast quality butchers, took it to my Master chef friend for another opinion. He took one look and said this will melt in your mouth. He will do it on his wood fired barbecue and I report back with photos in a fortnight's time. Last night 9 of us enjoyed the tastiest,tenderest steak possible. Thankyou Craig. Checkout the photos.
