Bought the burgers . Check photo . Taste not good . Hoping that the owner tries one . Will be asking where the yellow/orange oil comes from . Disgusting .

Visiting the area and had a craving for pork chops on 19 June. Young butcher extremely accommodating and custom cut 4 nice thick chops then suggested the herb coating. We cooked them on the grill in the camp kitchen for longer than I thought necessary but the breading protected them from drying out. They were so delicious that we returned the next day to buy a chicken version. Our butcher wasn’t working and the chaps that were there were not as helpful . They didn’t offer the herb breading version so we accepted the standard version which were pretty average. Continuing north today so farewell Fair Butcher.

ALL BEEF, NO BULL With customer service and professionalism that can only be described as exceptional, Yamba Fair Butchers are a standout business within the trade. We recently approached them regarding a private kill of a couple of our own yearlings. These guys arranged everything from start to finish and we were supplied our beasts back processed into premium cuts. The steaks, roasts, mince, silverside and sausages were beautifully presented and packaged and we were also supplied with the relevant authentication confirming that the product we received was our very own beasts. We cannot recommend Harrison and the team at Yamba Fair Butchers highly enough. Excellent communication, total honesty and nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to engaging with them again soon. Thanks guys.

Upon the store closing, my family stopped to look with thoughts of purchasing the next day. The young gent behind the counter, Harrison, said he was more than happy to let us purchase some meat even with the store closing. He was very polite and accommodating. Also the meat we bought was top notch. Would 100% suggest.
