  The quality of meat is the best i have ever had and the fruit and vegetables in the box are better than the supermarkets. Also the customer service is outstanding always will to go above and beyond for the customer. Thanks guys amazing work keep it up.

  The Low and Slow Master Class was a game changer, I loved eating slow cooked/smoked meats but had no idea really where to start. I think it was really great value for money. Don’t have breakfast before you come because that’s served on arrival. The food doesn’t stop much over the 5 hours either. By the time you get to lunch you’ll wonder how much you can still fit in and if going for seconds is actually something you need in your life at this point. There is also a large eski full of water, juice, beers and seltzers open to you all day. The course I did had approximately 30 people in it, and we never found the bottom of that eski and most of us went home with plates of food. There were 3 guys running the show: Rob, a super genuine bloke and the owner of The Butchery on Brunker. He has an infinite knowledge on all thing’s meat, specifically what to look for in a butcher and what to look out for in a butcher. Dion an absolute BBQ frother with over 10yrs experience in AUS and the USA. He regularly cooked over 60 briskets a day for restaurants in Newcastle, the Hunter and Sydney. Daniel who currently holds the gold medal in Australia for best steak, which he cooks for you and shares his method. These 3 blokes are on hand all day sharing their knowledge, hints and tips on everything. This class is for anyone, any age and any skill level. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first timer like me, there where men and women in the class who had been grilling for years who just wanted a bit more advice or ideas. It's about time something like this was in Newcastle, 10 out of 10, would recommend you do this. Thanks guys.

  Do not order online, the quality is subpar. The price you pay is also incorrect to the sticker price that they accidentally left on my order. They also offer freebies, which I ordered 4x chicken schnitzels, ended up being less than one whole schnitzel cut up into quarter pieces for some weird reason. They also shipped out beef ribs that have almost no meat on them and just FAT.. They have not replied to emails, avoid avoid avoid online...

  I had a great experince with Ben who was so lovely. Recommended quality meat that helped with my dietry restrictions and allegies. He's co worker dave kept intrupting and was quite rude. Will only return for Ben. Only gave 4 stars because dave ruined the experince slighty.

  I just got my second box of meat I couldn't be happier. The meat is so fresh, melts in your mouth with every bite. I also got the fruit and vegetable box. I am so impressed with it. And the prices are affordable. I am so glad I found Butcher Brunker. The delivery service is awesome, too. Thank you, Butcher Brunker, I won't be getting my meat from anywhere else. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.
