  Great specials great service. About 12 months ago brought whole rump we cut it up at home (hour away). It was full of sinew and tough, sent email to singos broadmeadow along with pictures. Not an issue they said next time we come in they will give us a replacement. It was over a month later and no issue getting the replacement. Service has always been fantastic and they do stand behind their product. Great specials compared to supermarkets, a lot of the time between 30-40 % less than supermarkets.

  I am writing this to express my disappointment with the customer service at this butcher shop. My wife called to enquire about beef ribs and specifically asked if they could be prepared in a particular way, which obviously sounded silly to the staff as the staff member on the phone was audibly laughing along with the butcher in the background, treating our request as a joke. If they were unsure of what she meant or needed some clarification they should’ve asked. It felt incredibly condescending and unprofessional. We were simply looking for a quality local butcher, but we won't be going here after this experience.

  Decided to take a risk and purchase ribs from your store in Broadmeadow. Big mistake! I spent over $50 on two large trays of pork ribs and then cooked them for approx 3 hrs following my fail proof rib recipe (thank you Nagi!) They were totally inedible! Tough, full of sinew and fat and all round disgusting. Don’t waste your money here!

  Bought a brisket from here, after 8 hours in the slow cooker still as tough as an old boot. Also very rude service. I was with my accredited assistance dog and heard staff whispering about him to go tell someone. I informed them he is accredited and she feigned ignorance. I was later approached by what appeared to be a butcher who told me I couldn’t have the dog in the store. His smug attitude and refusal to listen to the actual rules regarding assistance dogs were appalling. Still considering legal action.

  brought the rissoles with veg.. they were crunchy, like eating sand but I guess it was bone.. then what looked like worms... but was probably shallots roots.. roots?? not a good look.. tossed them
