Their produce is the best in the highlands as is their custom service. Don't miss the experience of cooking one of their steaks on a good old Aussie BBQ, it's the best!

Meat quality is amazing and customer service is a cut above (no pun intended) especially in this day and age it’s a breath of fresh air. Shop here regularly when I’m in moss vale . Great knowledge and they are very approachable to answer questions. 5/5

The BEST quality meat in The Highlands with professional, courteous, knowledgeable & hard working butchers Jimmy & Floyd. Between the quality of the meat & the staff I won’t shop anywhere else - except Maugers in Bowral😉.
