Best meat pie, best quiche and best sausage roll I have ever had. Well worth the money. Don't know whether their cuts of meat are any good or not, I only buy things from the hot food section.

Order at the side where the pies are or you'll have to defeat the middle aged folks with carts "having a browse" of the meat, avoiding eye contact with you as they try to cut you off lol. If you're not going to use a ticket system you should write the orders with a sharpie or something on the box cuz one time when it was busy I received a double smash when I ordered a single. It tasted really good. Probably because I saved 5 dollars. But nah fr the burgers and fries are really good I've been here five times in the last month.

I want this store to do well and understand it’s a new shop but line coordination and ordering is terrible. Not the staff’s fault but there is a digital ticket system that’s not being used. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes just to have a customer standing behind me inline get served first. Then, another customer who ordered the same thing 5 minutes after me gets given my order which id been waiting for 10 minutes because its just a free for all when they give out the orders. Staff at cashier was nice about it but had no idea who was receiving what. From a customers perspective waiting 25 minutes for a smash burger which was alright is not worth spending money or time for. a friend previously ordered a double smash for $19 and received a single. If you’re coming here be prepared to double check your order, or have to wait up to 25 minutes. I came when it wasn’t too busy either.

I have always shopped with Craig Cook butchers at Mcquarrie Shopping Centre. Was so pleased to see their shop at Castle Towers finally open. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable, just like at Mcquarrie Shopping centre.
