  Best quality meat in Sydney hands down. The workers are friendly and fantastic always having smiles and laughs to make the customers feel welcomed. The owner is the best very kind person and very welcoming. I drive 2 hours every week to just grab the best meat in Sydney I one hundred percent recommend for everyone to come here please show them love and support❤️❤️

  I’ve been buying meat from Mariam Butchery in Austral for a few months now and the quality is consistently excellent. The beef and lamb cuts are always fresh and well trimmed, and the chicken is good value compared to the supermarkets. The shop is clean and well organised, with a good range of halal cuts and marinated options for BBQs. The staff are friendly, happy to cut meat to the thickness I want, and they give useful cooking tips. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and I appreciate having a reliable local butcher so close to home. I’d definitely recommend Mariam Butchery to anyone in Austral looking for fresh, good‑quality meat.

  Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, I’ve been to MANY different butchers and NONE of them I mean NONE meet the standard that Mariam’s butchery has set. There meat is always fresh, from the kafta, to the Chicken to the steak and so on. Anyone reading this plz go check them out you wont be disappointed. Even before opening the meat and cooking it, even the packaging smells amazing. They also deliver and take orders over the phone. Waleed Is amazing with customers and his work.

  First time customer, have gone to other Lebanese/arab butchers but over the years flavour and quality dropped. Mariam's butchery changed that amazing food bought the kofta and the chicken sausages amazing quality and flavour. Also the diced lamb was awesome too. Keep it up guys, you are my main butcher from now on! Thank you

  I can’t recommend Mariam’s Butchery enough! The quality of the meat is always exceptional fresh, clean, and perfectly cut every time. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to help with recommendations and custom orders. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality you receive. This is now my go-to butcher, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
