  I had a really disappointing experience with Miller Quality Meats and feel like I need to share it. I was sold meat that was clearly off, with visible mould on it, and it wasn’t even the cut I had originally asked for. When I noticed, I called straight away and was told to bring it back in, which I did immediately—with my two young kids. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to make excuses, saying it wasn’t off and that something must have fallen onto it. I even spoke to another butcher who confirmed it was mould. As a parent, I’m obviously not comfortable feeding that to my children. What was most frustrating was the way it was handled. Despite everything, they refused to offer a refund or any real solution. Really disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer care. I won’t be returning.

  If you want to waste your money then go there. The meat quality is very poor. They sell old and frozen meat which has no taste at all when you cook at home. All the meat they sell over there is it taste like frozen meat which is thawed nicely before they sell.
