The chicken I bought was absolutely beautiful — tender, juicy, and full of flavour, not like the rubbery ones you usually find at the supermarket! The sausages were really good too.

I got 5 thick plane sausages, 1 chicken and leek pie and two smoked beef tendons for the dogs for $45. I always buy from butchers and expect it to be more than supermarkets but that seems like a lot. The thick plain sausages were super salty to the point where we couldn't finish them.

The sausages are excellent, they have better minced beef and pork than any of the big chain grocers and I always get a better price too. I've stopped getting my meat anywhere else. Great butchers working in the shop too.

2019 update ;) they put my sausages on top of the bones :D still the best butcher around in Canberra. best sausages ever! I absolutely love the spicy barbecue beef sausages!! My only complaint is, I bought 10 sausages and a big bone for my dog, and the guy had put the bone on top of the sauasages and now they're squished.. :(

Love their lean beef mince. Great quality. Same as the beef thin sausages - always a family favourite. Steak cuts are also solid.
