Very disappointing customer service\. The young staff member at the counter was extremely rude and did not seem to know how to communicate with or serve customers properly. We travelled a long way from regional NSW to Canberra and have regularly purchased meat products from this shop in the past. Unfortunately, the way we were treated during this visit was very disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to visit this shop again. I hope the management takes customer service seriously and provides better training to staff so other customers have a more positive experience.

This Store excels in customer service with its friendly staff and has varieties of product.However, there is room for improvement in organizing products and maintaining a neat in-store presentation to enhance the overall shopping experience.

We bought "khasi ko Bhutan" (goat meat). We called them and asked if it is fresh or frozen. The guy (owner may be) replied it is fresh. We went there and found out that it was frozen meat. We took it without saying anything but the worst part is, they put just liver and lungs instead of real bhutan (stomach and intestine) This is very sad to see someone from same community trying to loot their customer just to make profit. Not going to recommend anything from this shop.

I went to the shop for the first time today on my friend’s recommendation. I am a Nepalese, I found there Nepalese brothers in the shop as worker and I was happy. I bought a local chicken, they asked me whether if I wanted it chopped or not. I came home and felt the chicken was less. I looked at the pieces but most of the pieces were not even there. They cleverly put the both wings but forgot the leg piece and other piece. SUCH A SAME !!! I highly recommend other shop than this..

I feel bad leaving a negative review for a local business because the goat meat I bought (5 kg) was very fresh. However, the cut was disappointing — most of it was just bones with very little meat. I hope you guys will improve this.
