Good selection of dry aged, and all that good stuff. Tried their grass fed beef tallow, definately recommend for frying steaks in over using stabilised clarified processed seed oil or olive. B

Amazing butcher!! In particular I love all their steaks; and also the cooked food they make. Particularly the beef brisket for reheating; as well as the family sized frozen lamb shank pie.

Having purchased before and thoroughly enjoyed the quality of all the products- pies, beef kebabs, chicken skewers and various stir fries i felt something had changed when I visited last week, young guy and girl seemed to check the receipt a few times then said the amount very quickly- i was surprised at the amount but paid, didn't get a receipt even though I was told it was in the bag! Anyway - the Mongolian beef stir fry was inedible- mostly carrot and capsicum but the half a dozen bits of beef were full of fat and grizzle. The beef kebabs were so bad I didn't even cook them again full of fat and rubbery- the only edible thing was the chicken skewers - just glad I wasn't having them for guests!

Very disappointed with the beef pie I bought here. They are $5 more expensive than they were, and the pie contained three large lumps of grissly beef and that was all. The rest of the pie was gravy. Not like they were a year ago. Won’t buy here again.
