  I keep forgetting how good Five Star Meats are. They have the best meat and poultry combinations hands down. My husband and I wanted to spoil our GS for her 9th birthday and the staff were very helpful in my decision. The cut of rump steak was big enough for my husband and I to each have a good sized chunk. Thick, moist and juicy, Holy Cow, was I impressed. 🙌

  I’ve only ever had the pies and sausages rolls here from the hot food section, but they are so bloody good. I keep raving about it to my family and friends. Will have to buy the frozen ones next time to try, since my family live too far. The bacon, cheese and beef pie is the absolute best, full of flavour and a great price for only $7.95. Need to branch out and try the other hot foods on offer

  Purchased beef spareribs. Cooked as advised by the butcher. The ribs were just fat and gristles no meat. Un edible! Went straight in the bin. It was expensive too, waste of money. Won’t be going back!!

  Been here twice recently and won’t be back with the old ladies and their customer service or lack there of, both times been on the receiving end of a terrible attitude and smart arse comments. Benefit of the doubt for the first time but second time confirms it. Perhaps should look at a different job not dealing with the public, going on other reviews they clearly don’t have it.
