SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUTCHER!!!! Really good quality meat and lovely people providing great customer service. I don't have to wrestle with loads of plastic wrap and yet more plastic trays to dispose of and I get what I pay for - have a go I will be surprised if you are disappointed.
