Can't praise the staff at this Craft Butchery enough. As a visitor to your State and needing to find a good butcher I believe I struck gold. Catering for a large birthday party I decided on the racks of Cooked Marinated Beef Ribs. Guests were over the moon with praise for the flavour and quality of the ribs. The young woman who I dealt with prior, had them heated, packaged up waiting for collection and all I needed to do was place them in a warm oven. 10/10 for your assistance, service and quality of product. I'm sure you've had a few new customers after this, as guests raved. Thank you

My first visit here, fantastic service and so helpful. Got the double smoked burgers which were ridiculously good, I recommend these 100% for your next bbq

Fed lies over the phone multiple times about fresh goat and being able to chop it up for me into any cuts I desire only to do the hour and a half round trip to find no goat the first trip and small frozen pieces on the second trip. You would think a butcher that calls themselves "goat craft butchers" would have goat, besides the fact they lied to me about it, everything was very overpriced, Don't bother doing the trip if you want goat.

'bone in goat' was $29.99 a kilo. Not only is this very expensive for goat but, it wasn't goat it was mutton. I'm aware this happens a lot in butcher shops (my father has been a butcher for 35+ years) but it was pretty ridiculous given the price. They sold it in unidentifiable chunks and of course it didn't say baby goat (young goat meat is pink, this was a deep red) but it was a give away. I figured I'd buy it yesterday and yep, cook it up to find that it's mutton. Won't be going back.
