I have come up for work and staying in the area for 3 Weeks. Meat prices and the quality of meat are unreal 😁 I cooked a beautiful piece of brisket 🤤 It was a bloody ripper🤤 A big shout out to Emily who helped me out with the recipe and her customer service was fantastic 😊

I was lucky enough to deal with a very lovely young lady by the name of Emily. I went in looking for meat for my smoker and a big family barbecue. I have coming up soon. The meat I picked up for the first test run In the smoker with one of my mates was a beautiful cut of brisket turned out absolutely beautiful melts in your mouth pulls apart by hand the rest of the barbecue meat we got was absolutely phenomenal. The service we got from Emily was amazing. I couldn’t fold her. Very lovely lady to deal with knows exactly what I needed just from a couple of questions. Will definitely be going back to see her again.
