I tried the sausages at Ballarat Farmers Market and was hooked. I normally don’t like fancy or flavoured sausages, but these are brilliant! I had the Pork and Apple and the Spicy Sicilian Bratwurst. Bought a pack of each - good for a couple of meals. The texture is really good. Moist and not hard. Flavours are so good you won’t need any sauces.

Recently came across this place at a marketing Ballarat. Brought a piece of liverwurst to try out, which was nice but found that there was a little too much pepper and a little spicy for my liking, compared to other liver wursts I have had. Will be trying something else next time.

Had the pleasure of meeting these legends at the Port Fairy Farmer’s Market on 02/08. We got to try a few of their sausages and ended up buying the Pork and fennel and the Sweet chilli sausages. The sweet chilli is juicy, sweet and flavourful and towards the end it leaves a chilli flavour in your mouth. Absolutely perfect sausage. And if you’re a lover of pork and fennel, don’t take past this sausage, it might be the best pork and fennel sausage we have eaten.

Some of the best sausages I’ve had in Oz. And I’ve been here a while. Pork sage and pepper sensational. You need to find a way to sell them in Melbourne, the 4 hour drive is a bit long but it’d be worth it. Your next project should be Irish white pudding

Absolutely cracking sausages, bought from the Lorne Easter market. My only regret… we should have bought a heap more!
