Bought 500 grams of beef mince from cannings as I didn’t have the chance to go to my usual butcher, cost me 15 dollars which is what I get a kilo of grass fed mince from my usual butcher for (no offal as you pick what cuts). This has to be a joke, I lost 164grams in water weight. It was dry had no texture and just a joke. I’ve given cannings 3 tries now, just ridiculous. Overpriced for what they sell as you can find the exact same cuts from the exact same places that they stock for half the price all over Melbourne. Just genuinely disappointing.

Cannings butcher South Yarra received our order late on Saturday (as another store incorrectly made our order), and they had it ready for us to pick up on Sunday morning. The meat was perfect! Sliced to perfection (we asked for thin slice for hotpot) and it was delicious. We thank you again and will definitely be returning!

I purchased two shepherds pie pre cooked trays today. We had guests over and I heated them up and it is the best I have ever tasted , and using sweet potato on top was delicious. My guests are going to buy this product in future, they loved it also. It is made with very good quality ingredients . Thank you so much.Thoroughly enjoyed.
