We lost track of time due to daylight savings just hitting so after we did our grocery shopping we went to get our meat from these guys and the lights were off and they were shut. Upon checking the time we missed them by 1 minute, luckily for us the person who just locked up noticed us as he was walking out and offered to help us out and quickly serve us before heading home. Can’t thank him enough, amazing customer service and really didn’t have to do that for us, we appreciate it so much. We live in Wendouree but make the travel when we can as these guys have amazing customer service, great quality meat, great prices and we love their rissoles. I’ll be spreading the good word about these legends!

Week after week the guys at dtc butcher’s club do not disappoint, fresh cut quality meats, fantastic variety, great prices, fast friendly efficient staff that do an amazing job. Keep up the good work guys.

Bought crumbed fish all up cost was $45.00 The fish was not edible, it was dry and had a strong taste of ammonia, the crumbs were so strong with lemon and herb, even if the fish was nice you couldn't tolerate the crumbs... i wonder would you eat it. would this be to disguise the off fish.. tonites dinner was binned , surely business isn't that tough to be selling bad food..so, sorry to say as a regular customer won't be coming back.

I generally don’t post reviews. Wish I had taken a video of the conversation when I went back to them with their rotten chicken. The man has got the chicken back and refunded me saying it’s not rotten. When I asked him to give me 1 piece so that I can get it tested. He very rudely signalled me to leave the place.
