I purchased chicken meatballs here in May. One contained a metal bolt, which cracked 2 of my molars, both of which needed removal. Josh has decided he and his business are not responsible, and his replies to my concerns have been nothing but condescending the entire time. I’m willing to bet he will reply to this to tell you he did an ‘investigation’ which included taking a 10 second look at the bolt, and concluded I am lying about the matter. I have the bolt, I have witnesses, and have had to take this matter to VCAT to try and recoup my $3000 in dental expenses. I have zero reason to make this up for any reason. Do not purchase minced meat products from this establishment.
