The chorizo sausages were great! I grab a pack each month at the Nunawading markets and I’m working my way through the options. These were packed with flavour. Yum!

Bought 4 chicken souvlaki sausages from Berwick Market on Sunday, frozen. Cooked the next Sunday. Cooked in the oven alongside some potato gems. Could not chew the casings. The sausage chewed beautifully leaving the casings in my mouth - yuck. They were so damn salty as well - at $3.90 per sausage- I expect gourmet- so disappointing. I ate one, the dog at 1/2 one and the rest … went in the bin.

I bought 4 mild curry chicken sausages at Wyndham makers market. I cooked them as per the instructions and we loved them. They're really big, so 4 was perfect for 3 adults and 2 little kids. They're low fat, fructose free and gluten free, perfect for people with coeliac disease (2 of us). No cereals or fillers, no gristle, just simple, quality ingredients. They're pricey but a really nice treat for a quick, tasty meal.

These sausages are amazing. I put them in the air-fryer and there is no fat at the bottom, they are really clean and lean. Beautiful. I always look forward to the slow markets. The flavours they have are something special too.
