  Really happy with this butcher shop since the new owner and management took over. The quality of the meat has noticeably improved. We’ve bought steaks and ribs several times and have always been very impressed with the quality. The chicken is also much better than before—fresh. One of the butcher there is very experienced, friendly and helpful. He’s always happy to recommend the right beef cuts and explain the best way to prepare and cook them. His knowledge and advice are greatly appreciated. A great local butcher with quality products!

  Great butcher shop with fresh, high-quality meat and a good selection. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always happy to give recommendations. Everything is well presented and reasonably priced. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! Highly recommended

  The service here was bad enough, but the quality of the meat made the experience even worse. The lady who served me was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. I spent $60 on meat, only to get home, open the bags and immediately be disgusted by the horrible smell. The meat was clearly not fresh at all. For the prices customers are paying, the absolute bare minimum should be selling meat that is fresh and fit to eat. I called to let them know I would be bringing the meat back, and when I returned, the same lady who originally served me had the audacity to answer back and get annoyed because I was understandably upset about being sold meat that smelled disgusting. If you wouldn’t eat the meat you’re selling yourself, don’t expect your customers to eat it either. Selling customers meat in that condition and then giving them attitude when they rightfully complain says enough about the standards of this butcher shop. Absolutely disgusting experience from the product quality to the customer service.

  Been coming here for years and never had any issues at all. Was shocked at the reviews. People complaining about the price of meat increasing etc. The price of everything has increased. You have companies like Coles and Woolworths price gouging yet I bet every one of you that is complaining goes to those stores everyday.
