  Mad butcher, we come here from the northern suburbs and keep coming back for the quality. Everything is displayed cleanly so you can see exactly what youre purchasing. Bones for broth we find have more meat on them compared to other butchers. Only bad thing is getting parking on busy weekends and the street business display box isnt present..

  I visited this butcher shop on Thursday, 22 January around 3:30–3:45pm to buy 10kg of pork bones. I asked the male staff member if the bones could be divided into 10 small clear plastic bags (the thin wrapping bags normally given for meat, not the white handled bags). He agreed. A female staff member then said I needed to pay $1 for the bags, which I accepted and said I could separate them at home. The male staff went to the back freezer to cut bones instead of using the pork bones already displayed at the front. After waiting for quite a long time, I politely told the same female staff member that I was in a hurry and asked if she could let him know I would still buy whatever had already been cut, but I could not wait any longer. At that point, the female staff member became extremely rude and aggressive. She used offensive and abusive language, insulted me and my parents, swore at me, and shouted things like “Who do you think you are just because you have money?”. I spoke calmly and respectfully the entire time, yet she continued yelling and even tried to physically confront me. The male staff members tried to stop her and apologized to me, but she continued shouting until one of them had to pull her into the back. I received no apology from her at all. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I have been a regular customer here and have purchased many products over time. This was the first time I experienced such shocking behaviour. Someone with this level of aggression should not be working in customer service. I want to commend the male staff member, who has always provided excellent and professional service. Unfortunately, this incident has made me seriously reconsider supporting this business. No customer should ever be treated this way. P/S: The photos below show the angry female staff member involved in this incident. The male staff member standing next to her is the professional staff I mentioned above, whom I highly recommend for his excellent customer service skills.

  Im a regular customer for over 10yrs, Very good butcher and meat however Very doggies people when they do business. when they charge us.. when u said $8.99 a kg on the sign, why you charge me $9 a kg? I'm happy to pay extra .5c or .10c for the different if I only buy one item...but I buy so many all the time...and it does make a difference when u buy more.. and why ru advertising $8.99 instead why don't u put up the sign say $9 a kg.. it is just not honest when doing business... see all the items you over charge me extra from the price you advertise..not honest.....not happy

  Friendly staff and top-quality meat every time you can really taste the freshness. Best butcher shop in the area. Clean place, great quality, and fair prices.
