I recently did an order. Double checked by phone to ensure I’d get what I requested and was assured I would. Wrote specific instructions in designated space on online order form. Despite all that still did not receive what I requested. Had to pay a lot for it nonetheless. This is not the first time this has occurred with Solomon’s. I will now use other kosher butcher to buy my meat as have been assured by friends that the others provide a much better customer experience. Very disgruntled!

I needed carpet in my 2nd bedroom to be replaced as my apartment was on sale. I explained my plight to Simon and he was very caring, understanding of my problem and extremely helpful. We picked out the carpet and Simon came to check the room size and fitted me in very quickly to have the new carpet put in. The 2 men who came to install the carpet were lovely, very professional, quick and hard working and the new carpet looks terrific and such a close match to the main bedroom that you couldn’t really tell them apart. I would recommend SOLOMONS carpets BENTLEIGH to anyone Lesley

I get a phone call at 710 am from a staff member to tell me that my mothers account which she has had for 29 years and always paid her bills was now changing. Suddenly I had to pay a 30 dollar bill over the phone at 710 am rushing to work for the order to be delivered. Really ?
