Best quality meat & super friendly team. I save money cooking up their premium mince into multiple meals with veg. Total chicken in their schnitzels. Their Beef & Blackbean stir fry with rice is a quick option - cheaper than take away.

Don’t always have the cash to go to the butcher but when I do I know the quality service and knowledge that this crew provides is top shelf quality. Purchased my first Chrissy ham here and was super happy with the quality. Was given some advice and recommendations on a pre seasoned lamb roast and it ended up being star of the show for Christmas lunch. As an added bonus we always leave here with a smile on my face after the friendly interactions.

Pricey but worth every cent. The staff are all very lovely. We come here for all our meat now.

This was the first time. I gotten some meat from your place. I found it was quite good. It was a bit expensive but the quality was excellent.

I was really disappointed with the chicken breast schnitzel I purchased from Ashburton Butcher. As you can see in the photo, the meat inside was quite dark and did not look like fresh chicken breast. The texture was unpleasant, and it didn’t have the quality I expected. While the crumb coating was fine, the meat itself was unfortunately not enjoyable and I wasn’t comfortable eating it. This was my first time buying from here, and I hope the quality control can be improved.
