Got some rump, lamb chops and sausages here. Sausages were good. Lamb was really tender and flavourful. Rump was spectacular, so tender, juicy and delicious. I usually don’t bother eating meat because I get disappointed but this meat is more than worthy! I wish I had bought ten times more than I did, best meat we’ve eaten in a long time.

Sensational butcher! Jinx loves her fresh bone and can't believe her luck. We love everything we have ever bought from there - Chicken Kabana, Thin Beef sausages, Lasagne and the Steak. A must visit when in Mansfield, Victorian High Country

5 stars are not enough! Absolutely beautiful produce! I hired Alpine Butchery to cater my husbands 40th party and they did not disappoint. I ordered 12 hour slow cooked beef brisket and pulled pork and it was just beautiful! The flavours were incredible and the meats were so tender. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped by on the way to go camping (just basics- sausages, burger patties, steaks…) I’ve got a pretty solid butcher in Melbourne too, but these guys are up there amongst the best. A foodies’ dream. These are people that care about making good food. I made sure I stopped by on the way back (with an empty esky, why not?) Have now also tried their bigger cuts (roasts, briskets,) fish and lamb. Very impressive
